MECHANICAL

We have qualified mechanics on staff for all engine rebuilding, tuning, and modifications. We perform all mechanical services in-house except for suspension alignments, and tire work. Gentle and organized dismantling. We carefully assess the condition of the components and make a plan with our customers. Everything is reassembled with great care and precision. We combine solid mechanics and creative solutions to achieve performance with beauty.

METAL WORK

We have an extensive collection of metal working equipment for sheet metal, aluminum, and stainless steel for bodywork and structural components. Over many years we have mastered all manner of metal shaping, welding, and fabricating processes.

PAINTING

For metallic and pearlescent colours we have our own state-of-the-art water-born base coat paint mixing system. These are followed by multiple coats of polyurethane clear coat. Then for solid colours we use a proven single-stage polyurethane paint system. With over 40 years painting experience, we take great pride in the entire painting process and our gleaming results.

GLASS WORK

Replacements as per original, tinting, and custom glass shaping.

BODY WORK

Working up from bare metal sub-straights with epoxy primer, polyester and fibre glass fillers, then urethane primers creates the best foundation for perfect body work. Panel alignments and gapping are our specialties.

SHOW QUALITY POLISHING, BUFFING, AND DETAILING

Using the finest products we carefully sand our finishes ultra smooth then buff them to a mirror-like finish.

FABRICATION

Some body or mechanical parts are beyond repair and new ones are unavailable. In this case we design and fabricate a new part of equal or greater strength and quality to the original. For our custom builds we greatly enjoy the creative process in, even radically, modifying to our customer’s delight.
