But in “restomodding” an antique car we are essentially making a new modern car in old car skin. It will have the classic look, but run and drive with the feel of a new car. More power, more comfort, more safety (like brakes that actually work!) nice features like air conditioning, cruise control, booming stereo, better handling, rumbly exhaust sound, clear coated paint finishes that sparkle and look so glossy you think you could reach in up to your elbow.
